Why are you a part of the Panther Games?

So I can make a challenge for myself and try something new for once in my fitness career.

How long do you usually work out everyday?

So, I work out between an hour and an hour and a half and at max for my lowest is forty-five minutes all you need is around an hour and half or around forty-five minutes of workout.

What advice would you give to students who want to get stronger?

So, given that advice to students who want to get stronger in the school, one, junk food you’re gonna have to get rid of. And, second, start new every day is a new day, start clean. Eat and then start working out. There are many workout plans you can find online.

What plans do you have for the future?

I want to be a police officer and a personal trainer
