General Panther Eye Contact Information:
Mr. Doherty has been teaching English at Sweet Home High School since 2010. He earned a degree in journalism from Buffalo State College and is a freelance writer for the Buffalo Spree magazine. Mr. D loves his family, traveling, live music, and the city of Buffalo.
Matt is going into his Junior year of High School and enjoys soccer and music. His writing this year will primarily focus on events in the Sweet Home community.
Morgan is a sophomore at Sweet Home High School. Morgan was a writer for Life & Arts in the Panther Press at the middle school, and is now the editor for the news section of The Panther Eye. Morgan will be writing about news around the school and creative thinking.
Life & Arts Co-Editors
Bailey was previously involved with the Panther Press at Sweet Home Middle School. She was a writer for one year and an editor of the Life & Arts section for two. This year Bailey plans on contributing reviews and other insight about Life & Arts within Sweet Home High School.
Jodie has been in The Panther Eye for one year, prior to this year. She is now editor of the Life & Arts section. This year she plans on writing reviews, as well as providing other information about the Life & Arts part of High School life.
Lexi previously wrote for the Panther Press, and was the editor for the News section for two years. Lexi enjoys writing, especially about her opinion on any topic, as well as sports. She is on the JV Volleyball team and runs Track.
Olivia is in her freshman year of High School. Her writing will focus primarily around news in the Sweet Home Community.
This is Arthika’s junior year at Sweet Home High School and she will be focusing on providing art for the Eye.
Jeni is new to the Eye, and is entering her junior year at Sweet Home High School.
Sanarya has previously lived in Michigan and likes to play volleyball. She also enjoys photography and writing.
Steph is a sophomore at Sweet Home High School. They are an amateur journalist who also likes to draw, listen to podcasts, and write stuff. They are also currently (hopefully) working on a webcomic with little to no experience in the making of comics; as well as an amateur poet, working on some pieces that may or may not be for the newspaper.
